Eagle Eye Solutions, a global SaaS marketing technology company, is powering Pret A Manger's new in-store coffee subscription through its industry-leading AIR platform, helping drive digital transformation and customer loyalty for the iconic UK food and beverage brand.
YourPret Barista is the UK's first in-shop, flat-rate coffee subscription service offered by a hospitality operator. Subscribers can enjoy up to five barista-made drinks per day for a set monthly fee. The launch includes a nationwide rollout and a free first month for all new subscribers.
The service builds on a successful pilot in Manchester and was launched at speed thanks to the Eagle Eye AIR platform, which enables Pret to rapidly deploy data-driven promotions and personalized offers across its network of stores.
"Working with Eagle Eye has helped us accelerate our customer loyalty strategy. Their integration with Oracle Simphony allows us to unify in-store transactional and customer data," said Ciara Chellun, Global Head of Digital Product at Pret A Manger. "This launch marks a major step in establishing Pret as a digitally enabled, multichannel brand."

The YourPret Barista subscription costs £20/month and allows up to five drinks per day (redeemable every 30 minutes). Upon registration, subscribers receive a unique digital voucher via the Eagle Eye AIR platform. This can be added to a mobile wallet (Apple or Google Pay) for easy redemption at checkout.
Subscribers can enjoy any of Pret’s organic teas, 100% Arabica coffees, hot chocolates, smoothies, and frappes—creating a seamless blend of convenience, value, and personalization.
The backend is powered by an API integration between the Eagle Eye AIR platform and Pret’s Oracle MICROS Simphony point-of-sale (POS) system. This allows real-time offer issuance, validation, and redemption without friction, enabling a scalable, loyalty-driven customer experience both in-store and on mobile.
This launch underscores a growing trend in digital loyalty programs that connect physical and digital customer touchpoints. Pret’s coffee subscription not only drives repeat visits and revenue but also enhances customer retention through seamless technology integration.
