Eagle Eye Solutions (Eagle Eye), a SaaS-based provider enabling one-to-one performance marketing, has partnered with voice app developer Voxly Digital to enable brands to run voice-activated campaigns using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
According to the latest "State of Voice" report by Voxly Digital, 86% of the UK public used a voice assistant in the past six months. Smartphones remain the most popular device for voice interactions (66%), followed closely by smart speakers.
Eagle Eye's AIR platform empowers retailers, hospitality operators, and brands to activate promotional campaigns that connect with consumers both online and in-venue. Major brands including Pret A Manger, Greene King, Diageo, Brewdog, Carlsberg, and Bacardi rely on the Eagle Eye platform to drive customer acquisition and redemption across a broad UK network of retail stores, bars, pubs, and restaurants.
Now, through its partnership with Voxly Digital, Eagle Eye adds voice-enabled customer engagement to its offering. Advertisers can integrate a voice call-to-action into their media and advertising campaigns, allowing consumers to "talk to the brand" through Alexa or Google Assistant. These fast, voice-based experiences take less than a minute and are proven to increase opt-ins and sales conversions.
