Eagle Eye and Trunk Partner to Power Gamified Loyalty and Promotions

Eagle Eye Solutions (Eagle Eye), a SaaS-based provider of one-to-one performance marketing, has partnered with creative content agency Trunk to integrate gamification into retail and hospitality loyalty and promotional campaigns.

The collaboration brings together Eagle Eye's digital offer and loyalty delivery platform with Trunk’s expertise in gaming and interactive experiences, helping businesses acquire and retain customers more effectively. Trunk will offer end-to-end campaign delivery through its Creative Technology function, powered by Eagle Eye’s proven offer infrastructure.

Enhancing Engagement Through Gamified Campaigns

Eagle Eye's AIR platform connects retailers to their customers through real-time promotions, loyalty programs, subscriptions, mobile apps, and gift services—both online and in-store. By partnering with Trunk, Eagle Eye can offer gamified experiences such as in-app games and competitions designed to:

  • Encourage customer sign-ups
  • Drive incremental sales
  • Increase visit frequency and retention

One joint client, Greene King, used Trunk’s gamification tools alongside Eagle Eye's platform to boost campaign redemption rates by over 71%.

Award-Winning Campaign Success

The partnership’s first major campaign, "Summer of Sport", was run for Greene King in collaboration with Coke Zero, Budweiser, Schweppes, Coors Light, and Bacardi. The campaign earned two Northern Digital Awards—Best Digital Marketing Campaign in Travel & Leisure and Entertainment & Sports—and surpassed 1 million gameplays.
