TORONTO, March 23, 2021 – Eagle Eye Solutions, a global SaaS marketing technology provider, has partnered with Neptune Retail Solutions to deliver personalized digital CPG offers to Southeastern Grocers (SEG), one of the largest conventional supermarket chains in the United States.
Through this strategic collaboration, Neptune-sourced CPG offers are transformed into personalized, real-time digital coupons and delivered to SEG customers via the Eagle Eye AIR platform. When fully deployed, the platform will generate more than 200 million customized offers, coupons, and recommendations per month. All promotions are automatically loaded-to-card and are redeemable through SEG’s Rewards loyalty program at checkout.
Neptune Retail Solutions brings advanced omnichannel capabilities to the partnership, leveraging first-, second-, and third-party data to identify and deliver the most relevant CPG promotions. Combined with Eagle Eye’s personalization and delivery engine, SEG now offers a data-driven, customer-first coupon experience designed to increase value, engagement, and loyalty.
This modernized approach replaces outdated mass-couponing tactics with precision targeting. According to recent research, 91% of shoppers are more likely to buy from brands that provide personalized offers. By pairing Neptune’s offer network with Eagle Eye’s real-time decisioning, SEG is positioned to capture incremental spend and long-term loyalty.

This is the third phase of SEG's digital transformation, following the rollout of coupons-at-receipt in July 2020 and a partnership with dunnhumby for advanced customer data insights in September 2020. With the Eagle Eye AIR platform at its core, the new ecosystem enables SEG to synchronize, optimize, and monetize personalized offers in real time.
Historically, SEG processed over 50 million digital coupons annually. With the new capabilities in place, this number is set to increase significantly as SEG leverages real-time marketing infrastructure to deliver one-to-one promotions across customer journeys.
