Eagle Eye Acquires Promotional Payments Solutions

Eagle Eye is excited to announce the acquisition of Promotional Payments Solutions Limited, a Dublin-based SaaS company renowned for its expertise in digital promotions and loyalty solutions for enterprise retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. This acquisition is an important step forward for Eagle Eye as we expand our capabilities and welcome new enterprise customers and fantastic team members into our family.

Key highlights of the acquisition:

  1. New enterprise customers: integrating Promotional Payments Solutions into Eagle Eye brings new enterprise customers into the Group and deepens engagement with mutual clients. This strategic move also provides access to major global CPG brands.
  2. Expanded offerings: the acquisition enhances our product suite to include real-time CPG couponing, unlocking new upsell opportunities within our existing UK customer base and potential expansion into other markets over time.
  3. Team growth: Promotional Payments Solutions' core team, including CTO Les Carter, will join Eagle Eye, bringing valuable expertise in retail loyalty and promotions.
  4. Financial impact: the acquisition is expected to be immediately earnings per share enhancing.
