The AIR Wallet sits at the heart of the our loyalty, personalization, and customer engagement solutions. In a nutshell, it is a hugely scalable data model which enables businesses all over the world to follow the Golden Rule; treating each of their customers as individuals, unlocking the power of omnichannel personalization.

The first thing the Wallet does is provide a single repository for every member of your loyalty or customer engagement proposition (e.g. a Subscription scheme). This becomes the home for all of the data relating to that customer (their identities, preferences, transaction history, etc.) as well as where all of their value is stored (personalized promotions, loyalty points balance, gift card balance, subscription entitlements e.g. free next day delivery).

AIR Wallet

The AIR Wallet has four core functions

The ability to store and maintain any relevant customer data against a single Wallet (e.g. transaction history,  loyalty tier, communication preferences, product preferences, segment data etc.) which can act as tags for inclusion or exclusion in marketing communications.

The ability to flexibly craft family or social hierarchies of Wallets, enabling for instance the pooling of points and sharing of rewards across a Household Account or providing the ability to earn loyalty points automatically on behalf of a customers’ nominated charity.

The AIR Wallet provides businesses all over the world with the flexibility to run and manage all of their customer engagement tactics - promotions, loyalty, subscriptions, gifting, and more - all in one place.

Importantly, the Wallet allows for one single source of truth, regardless of whether the customer is visiting in-store, is in the app, on the website, speaking to customer care etc. Its seamless integration into every touchpoint is what delivers a seamless, omnichannel experience.

Promotions, rewards, and entitlements can be placed inside a customers’ Wallet by API through integrated systems such as CRM, CDP, data insight platforms, or directly via the AIR Dashboard. Once the customer has logged in or provided some form of identity, their Wallet is called via API, and all their entitlements are recognized.

This enables a simple, ‘one-scan experience’ for the end customer and for your in-store employees, meaning that as soon as an identity is recognized, the AIR platform can go away and perform its magic.
