Feed It Back and Eagle Eye Solutions Join Forces to Support Hospitality Industry Recovery

Feed It Back and Eagle Eye Solutions are partnering to help hospitality operators recover from the impact of COVID-19 by offering free access to their marketing platforms.

As many operators have pivoted to offer delivery and curbside pickup during lockdowns, the two companies are providing complimentary use of their platforms to reward customers for completing feedback surveys. This new initiative is designed to boost customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits post-lockdown through vouchers that incentivize future in-store visits.

Hospitality operators offering delivery or pickup services can include branded point-of-sale materials with each order, directing customers to a fully branded, customizable survey. After completing the survey, customers receive a promotional voucher—issued via Eagle Eye's AIR platform—encouraging them to return in person once venues reopen.

Feed It Back's customer feedback solution is fully integrated with Eagle Eye’s digital marketing platform, ensuring a seamless customer journey from survey completion to voucher redemption. Clients already using the solution have reported voucher redemption rates exceeding 60%.
