Using the Eagle Eye mobile gift voucher technology means you now can engage with both the buyer AND the recipient. As the voucher is issued via mobile, we can send the recipient a reminder, making un-redeemed gift vouchers a thing of the past. When the code is entered into the EPoS, our system instantly acknowledges that unique one-off code has now been used, and generates a CRM report (where, when, on what etc)… And if the customer doesn’t use all the balance in one go, that’s fine - we can send a new mobile gift voucher for the exact amount remaining to be redeemed another time.

The Technical Part

Eagle Eye works directly with EPoS providers, so it’s easy to enable our service. And if we’re not, there’s no need for an expensive and time consuming changes to hardware - all that is required is a relatively trivial software integration and after that we’re ready to go.
